What’s New On Peacock In August 2025

New movies, reality finales, classic teen comedies, and more hit Peacock in August 2025, including Borderline, Love Island specials, and Twisted Metal.

Summer’s not quite over, and Peacock is keeping the heat turned up in August 2025 with a packed slate of exclusive premieres, fan-favorite shows, nostalgic movie marathons, and big-name finales. Here’s everything you need to know about what’s coming to the streamer this month.

New Movie Premieres

Peacock brings the drama, suspense, and high-stakes thrillers this month, starting with The Phoenician Scheme, which premieres on July 25. Benicio del Toro stars as Anatole “Zsa-zsa” Korda, a powerful European tycoon who survives yet another assassination attempt. He sets out on a global journey with his estranged daughter (Mia Threapleton), a nun, and her quirky tutor (Michael Cera) to complete a monumental mission.

Then on August 1, Borderline premieres exclusively on Peacock. Directed by Cocaine Bear screenwriter Jimmy Warden, this twisted psychological thriller stars Ray Nicholson as a delusional stalker who targets a ’90s pop icon, played by Samara Weaving. With danger closing in, she must escape his deadly fantasy of a forced marriage.

Reality TV Highlights

Reality fans won’t want to miss Love Island: Beyond the Villa, a spinoff following popular Season 6 Islanders as they swap tropical sunsets for the streets of Los Angeles. New episodes stream weekly, leading to the finale on August 28.

On August 25, the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion brings all the drama, couples, and bombshells back together. Hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, this reunion special is must-see reality TV.

Meanwhile, Twisted Metal Season 2 continues its chaotic ride through August, wrapping up with its explosive finale on August 28.

Coming-of-Age Classics Take Over

Peacock is going full nostalgia mode all month long with a massive slate of beloved teen and high school movies perfect for end-of-summer bingeing. Titles include Bring It On (1–3), Clueless, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Footloose, Mean Girls (both films), She’s All That, Save The Last Dance, and many more.

Additional Premieres and Specials

Don’t miss the animated adventure Night of the Zoopocalypse on August 22, where a wolf and mountain lion join forces to stop a zombie outbreak at the zoo.

August also brings a mix of drama, reality, and international programming including the Season 60 finale of Days of Our Lives on August 22, and its Season 61 premiere just days later on August 25.

There’s more reality TV with reunions and aftershows from The Valley, The Real Housewives of Orange County, and The Real Housewives of Miami, plus premieres like Resident Alien Season 4 and The Rainmaker on USA.

August is also action-packed for sports fans. Peacock delivers wall-to-wall live coverage including the Premier League, WWE: SummerSlam, PGA Tour, NASCAR, Big Ten Football, and more. There’s also same-day access to TODAY, Nightly News with Tom Llamas, and talk show favorites like The Kelly Clarkson Show and Watch What Happens Live.
