Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 kicks off July 7 with Hannah Brown joining Wells Adams as the show mixes new singles and golden fan favorites.
The sun is shining, the drinks are flowing, and the roses are ready—Bachelor in Paradise is officially back for its tenth season, and this summer’s beachside drama is getting a serious shake-up.
When Bachelor in Paradise premieres July 7 at 8 ET/PT on ABC, fans will not only welcome back veteran bartender Wells Adams, but also see a familiar face in a new role: Hannah Brown. The former Bachelorette lead returns to the franchise to co-host alongside Adams, dishing out cocktails, advice, and champagne-soaked reality checks to the latest crop of hopeful romantics.
“I almost felt like it was a beautiful, redemptive full-circle thing,” Brown said at a July 2 event celebrating the new season. Now 30 and engaged, Brown reflected on how far she’s come since her emotional stint on The Bachelorette, where she famously turned down fan favorite Tyler Cameron for Jed Wyatt, who was later revealed to be in a relationship during the show.
Brown now serves as the host of the series’ new Champagne Lounge, where she plans to offer real-talk wisdom to contestants—including both younger stars and older singles from The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette. “I have learned so much about myself,” she said. “If I would have known the things I know now… maybe I could have had a different ending to my story.”
Her biggest advice to the cast? Don’t overthink the cameras. “I hate to see people hold back because of what they think everything will look like months from now.”
As for Adams, he’s just thrilled about the addition of Golden contestants to the beach. “Honestly, them being there is like the best thing that has ever happened in Paradise,” he said. “They brought so much energy, so much fun.”
And while they may not be chasing tequila shots like the twenty-somethings, Adams assured fans their party game is strong. “They drank a lot more,” he laughed. “They all drank like old people drink, which is to avoid a hangover.”
Brown agreed, adding, “They’re sometimes more fun than the young contestants… they sometimes let loose.”
Season 10 features a stacked lineup of returning singles including Hakeem, Brian, Spencer, Dale, Justin, Jonathon, Jeremy, Kyle, Ricky, Sam, Bailey, Alexe, Kat, Zoe, Jess, and Lexi, along with Golden fan favorites Keith, Jack, Gary, Kim, Charles, RJ, Kathy, Natasha, Leslie, and April.
While other summer dating shows like Love Island USA are heating up the competition, Adams is confident Bachelor in Paradise has something the others can’t match—history. “The difference is that you know the people who are coming to Paradise,” he said. “You’re invested in their story, you remember them being heartbroken.”
New episodes of Bachelor in Paradise premiere Mondays at 8 ET/PT on ABC and stream the next day on Hulu. Expect new connections, emotional conversations, and, if history repeats itself, at least one engagement under the stars.
