When shows crossover and characters of different worlds meet each other, fans everywhere go crazy. Here’s a list of some shows that missed their crossover opportunity and others that should consider it!
Some of the best episodes on television are when two shows decide to have a crossover and we get to see both worlds combine. There are so many shows out there that have such similar worlds that a crossover would not only be super cool but also make total sense.
The Vampire Diaries & Teen Wolf
Don’t tell me seeing Damon, Stefan, Stiles, and Scott in the same room wouldn’t be iconic? Both of these shows play on supernatural creatures making their worlds incredibly similar. The drama that goes on between both shows could make for some really interesting storylines as well. Considering a werewolf bite could kill a vampire, the interaction between all these characters would have fans glued to their TV! Although both series ended, it’s fun to imagine all these iconic characters meeting in Mystic Falls.
Parks and Recreation & The Office
With such similar worlds, it’s hard to believe this crossover didn’t happen, but fans love to dream of it. The chaos that would erupt if both shows combined in one episode would have fans going crazy! The best interaction would be between Andy and Michael and seeing the funny things they come up with together. Putting all these characters in one space would have fans on the edge of their seats!
Law and Order: SVU & Grey’s Anatomy
Picture this…Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler rush to the hospital to visit a victim, the doctor comes out of the room to talk to them and it’s none other than Meredith Grey. An episode where Meredith is working a case with the detectives at the Special Victims Unit would be one of the most iconic crossovers ever considering they’re both well-known long-running shows. Luckily, there’s still a possibility to see this crossover come to life and I think fans from both shows would go absolutely crazy over it!
Stranger Things & The Umbrella Academy
Something both these shows have in common is how unique they are which is why fans are obsessed with them. Although they are in fact very different, both get people hooked with the cool superpowers and strange universes they live in. Seeing both these worlds become one would create cool obstacles for the characters to work together to fight. Fans would love to see Five and Eleven meet and use their powers together. This match-up has all the potential to become a fan favorite if it were to happen!
