Kourtney Kardashian is setting the record straight after viral rumors claimed her 15-year-old son, Mason Disick, has a child. The Kardashians star, 45, took to Instagram Stories on Sunday, March 2, to address the speculation, making it clear that the claims are entirely false.
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true. They are not,” Kourtney Kardashian wrote. “Mason does not have a child.”

She went on to call out fake social media accounts posing as her son, emphasizing that Mason Disick values his privacy. “These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE,” she stated. “My son really values his privacy, and I am asking all media to please be respectful: he is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him. Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lies. And to all the other people making videos about my kids (who, by the way, are minors), please stop and leave them alone.”
Though Mason Disick has largely stepped away from the spotlight and is no longer seen on The Kardashians, he recently returned to social media, launching his first official Instagram page in May 2024. His debut post featured snapshots of himself posing outdoors, which quickly garnered attention from his famous aunts. Khloé Kardashian commented, “I can’t believe this is happening,” while Kim Kardashian added, “You’re really on Instagram 🥹.”

Mason Disick‘s father, Scott Disick, also recently discussed his son’s growing interest in dating during an appearance on Khloé Kardashian‘s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land. Scott Disick shared that he has been open with Mason Disick about relationships, offering guidance on honesty and respect. “Mason especially, if he’s going through something, you know, I talk to him about my life. Like mistakes that I did. Like here’s what I’ve done and what’s worked for me, what hasn’t worked for me,” Scott Disick explained.
He continued, “Even recently, he’s starting to really like girls. And obviously, girls like him. I just said, ‘You know it’s like, you can do whatever you want, just don’t lie and don’t manipulate any girls.'” Scott Disick emphasized that honesty is key, advising Mason Disick to be upfront with whomever he is dating.
