The Release Date

After the re-recording of Fearless, Taylor is back yet again with another surprise – Red Taylor’s Version. The re-recording of Red was originally scheduled to drop on November 19th. Taylor made this announcement 22 weeks before November 19th, which is no coincidence since one of her hit singles from Red is also titled 22. The announcement was also made on Scooter Braun’s birthday. In case you’re not caught up, Braun is the reason why Taylor is re-recording her old albums. He refused to sell Taylor her masters so she is taking matters into her own hands and re-recording all her old songs. Taylor surprised her fans again recently by making the announcement that Red Taylor’s Version will now be coming out on November 12th. Remember to mark your calendar!

Track List and Features

Apart from all the songs that are on Red, Taylor is also releasing songs from the vault. These tracks are also the ones that will include featured artists.

Songs from the vault:

“Nothing New” feat. Phoebe Bridgers (Taylor’s Version)

“Message in a Bottle” feat. Chris Stapleton (Taylor’s Version)

“Run” feat. Ed Sheeran

“Forever Winter” (Taylor’s Version)

“I Bet You Think About Me” (Taylor’s Version)

“The Very First Night” (Taylor’s Version)

“All Too Well” (10-minute version) (Taylor’s Version)

That’s right, the vault songs will feature collabs with Ed Sheeran, Chris Stapleton, and Phoebe Bridgers. We will also finally get to hear the original 10-minute version of “All Too Well!” On top of the songs from the vault, other Taylor songs released during the Red era will also be re-recorded. Those include:

“Ronan” (Taylor’s Version)

“Better Man” (Taylor’s Version)

“Babe” (Taylor’s Version)
