The Boys Final Season Sets Premiere Date And Teaser

The Boys final season will premiere on Prime Video on April 8, 2026, following an explosive CCXP Brazil reveal that included the official teaser, cast appearances and major hints at the epic conclusion that will unfold weekly through May 20.

Prime Video brought the chaos to CCXP Brazil. In front of more than 3,000 fans, the streamer confirmed the long-awaited news: the fifth and final season of The Boys will premiere April 8, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video.

Showrunner and executive producer Eric Kripke hit the Thunder Stage in São Paulo with series stars Erin Moriarty, Laz Alonso, Karen Fukuhara, Tomer Capone, and Colby Minifie for a full-throttle celebration of the show’s legacy. The panel revisited some of the most jaw-dropping, fan-favorite moments before unveiling the official teaser, offering a first glimpse at the chaos ahead.

The multi-Emmy Award-winning series will launch its final chapter with two episodes on premiere day, then drop one episode weekly until an epic series finale on May 20, 2026. Season Five will stream in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide, once again cementing The Boys as a global event.

This time, the world fully belongs to Homelander. The final season drops viewers into a landscape completely controlled by his erratic, egomaniacal whims. Hughie, Mother’s Milk and Frenchie are locked away in a “Freedom Camp,” while Annie struggles to build a resistance against an overwhelming Supe force. Kimiko is missing, and everything seems lost — until Butcher reappears with a dangerous plan: a virus capable of wiping out every Supe on the planet. One choice sets off a chain reaction, and, as teased by the panel, “Big stuff’s gonna happen.”

Based on the New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys is developed by executive producer and showrunner Eric Kripke. Ennis and Robertson also serve as executive producers. The producing team includes Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Phil Sgriccia, Michaela Starr, Paul Grellong, David Reed, Judalina Neira, Jessica Chou, Gabriel Garcia, Ori Marmur, Ken F. Levin and Jason Netter.

The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios with Kripke Enterprises, Original Film and Point Grey Pictures.

The countdown is officially on. It’s Homelander’s world — but the end is coming.
