Who’s Dated Who In the Cast of ‘Friends’

From will-they-won’t-theys, relationships, and marriages find out who’s dated who in the cast of Friends!

Since the Friends Reunion we’ve all been obsessing over the will-they-won’t-they relationship of Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer.

They’ve been rumored to have gotten close since the reunion, although David Schwimmer has since denied them.

If you’re anything like us and you’ve been obsessing over Friends and the casts’ relationships, then get excited because we’re giving you all the tea about the real life relationships between the cast.

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt

Probably the most obvious of the Friends relationships, the pair were married when Brad Pitt made a cameo on the show in 2001. He played Ross’ high school friend Will Colbert.

Unfortunately, the couple later divorced in 2005 after seven years together.

Jennifer Aniston and Tate Donovan

Tate Donovan made a six episode cameo in 1998 as Joshua Burgin. But this cameo wasn’t what Donovan was hoping for, just before he started on Friends, the pair broke up.

Here’s what he had to say to News Corps Australia: “just a bone-headed move. I was young and genuinely thought it would help, but there were times I’d just finish a scene and go sob in my trailer.”

And he told US Weekly, “I was just happy to be on the team. The only bummer was Jennifer and I were breaking up at the time.”

Matthew Perry and Julia Roberts

Julia Roberts guest starred as Susie Moss (or Susie Underpants) in 1995. Friends producer Kevin Bright told The Hollywood Reporter exactly how they landed her cameo: “Do you know the story of how we got her? Matthew Perry asked her to be on the show. She wrote back to him, ‘Write me a paper on quantum physics, and I’ll do it.’ My understanding is that Matthew went away and wrote a paper and faxed it to her the next day.”

The pair were said to have met on the Friends set and then dated for a year between 1995 and 1996.

According to Mirror, it was Perry’s first public relationship.

Courtney Cox and David Arquette

Another marriage in the cast! Cox and Arquette met in 1996 while filming Scream and were later married in 1999. Arquette made a cameo on Friends in 1996 as Malcolm, Phoebe’s stalker.

The two have a daughter together, and while they divorced in 2013, they have been successfully coparenting her!

Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd

Paul Rudd played Phoebe’s love interest Mike Hannigan on Friends, making this relationship a little more than a cameo. He met Aniston in 1998 while shooting The Object of My Affection.

The List outlines their relationship history and claims that the pair dated briefly.

Regardless of if it’s true or not, the pair makes a great duo on screen.

They’ve continued to share the screen even after Friends ended.

And while we’re all thinking it, there’s been no confirmed relationships between the six friends of Friends. Recently, Matthew Perry opened up to Access about a no hook up rule on set; “it was really important to the six of us that we kept a friendship, that we were friends.”

Regardless of that, if anything ever comes out about the stars dating (in the past or now) we’d of course be more than supportive of it!
