Reasons Mila Kunis Is So Much More Than An Actress!

Mila Kunis really does it all; Entertainment, technology, business, philanthropy, and more! In honor of her birthday, we’re detailing all of her achievements.

Mila Kunis has stolen our hearts since she infamously fibbed about her age, appearing on That 70s Show at fourteen. Over the years, the actress has proven herself diverse in the entertainment industry, with credits ranging from the Oscar-winner Black Swan to the TV staple Family Guy. Kunis’ adaptability doesn’t end there, the actress has successfully established herself in various ventures, such as technology, business, and philanthropy. Mila Kunis is the definition of a multi-hyphenate, and to celebrate her 39th Birthday, we are acknowledging ALL her accomplishments!

Mila Kunis was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. When she was just seven years old, her family immigrated to the United States, arriving with $250 in their pockets. Three decades later, Mila and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, dedicated their efforts to aiding Ukrainians escape the horrors of their country. Together, the celebrity couple united over 65,000 donors to raise more than $34 million for Ukrainian refugees through GoFundMe. These heroic efforts come as no surprise to those who are familiar with Kunis. In 2020, Mila and Ashton produced a wine called, “Quarantine” in order to raise money for COVID-response charities during their greatest time of need.

On-screen and off, Kunis is an inspiring mother (contrary to the title of her film Bad Moms). Kunis is the mother of 5-year-old Dimitri and 7-year-old Wyatt. The actress comes across as very relatable in interviews about her parenting, famously admitting the “parenting fail” when she encouraged her daughter to push back after being shoved at school. Momma bear who? Kunis is publicly vulnerable about her parenting style and how it coincides with her husband, Ashton’s.

Last year, Mila ventured into the male-dominated world of cryptocurrency. Kunis is a co-founder of one of the only all-female crypto teams in the country, the 3050 Gang. Last fall, Kunis joined the NFT universe by releasing 10,420 of them. Owners of these NFTs were able to access the first episode of her animated series Stoner Cats (created by her company, Orchard Farm Productions). This was just the beginning for Kunis. Earlier this summer, Kunis announced that she is launching an entertainment franchise with CEO and Co-Founder of Liquid Comics, Sharad Devarajan. The franchise includes an NFT-based card game, comic, animation, and film.

Earlier this year, Kunis was honored in TIME Magazine’s 100 List for the most influential people of 2022. When presenting her with the honor, fellow star Zoe Saldaña credited Kunis with her unrelenting devotion. “She gives 100% to each and every one of her roles: as a mother, as a wife, as a daughter, as a granddaughter, as a friend, as a producer, as an actor,” Saldaña wrote. “She goes all in, and she cares a great deal.”

What can’t she do? Happy Birthday, Mila!
