Season 4 of the teenage pregnancy show premiers. The show explores the life-altering journeys that teens and their families embark upon as they prepare for a baby, from the struggle to raise multiple generations under one roof to the inevitable tensions that arise when family members disagree on parenting decisions. Returning this season are Tyra (17) and Alex (18), who are balancing baby duties, college classes, and a long-distance relationship, and season one mom Lily (19), who is pregnant with her second child but her first with boyfriend Lawrence (19). Dr. Pimple Popper

Everyone’s favorite obsession is back for its 5th season! The episodes in the new season will feature Dr. Lee’s most challenging cases to date, which were introduced in Before the Pop, which aired earlier this year and focused on telemedicine appointments due to the pandemic. Now, armed with her splash mask and sensitive bedside manner, Dr. Lee will roll up her sleeves and prepare to take on those cases and others, with the hope of helping them to lead lives free of embarrassment while giving them a boost of self-confidence. Some of the cases this season are so extreme Dr. Lee teams up with specialists in order to provide the best outcome possible. The season begins with a Holiday themed episode and has new episodes every Monday night at 9 pm ET on TLC.

Wednesday, December 23rd

A House Divided

The 3rd season of the UMC show premieres. The Sanders will return and continue to navigate lives with their secrets and lies. New episodes will premiere every Wednesday at 3 am ET on UMC.

Friday, December 25th

Bridgerton

The newest Shondaland show premieres. Based on Julia Quinn’s best-selling novels, this series unfolds in the sexy, lavish, and competitive world of Regency London high society. The entire season will premiere on Netflix on December 25th.

Call the Midwife Holiday Special

Everyone at Nonnatus House looks forward to a traditional holiday, but nothing goes quite to plan. Meanwhile, the Circus arrives in Poplar, bringing new friendships, new experiences, and an exciting adventure for Nurse Crane. The Holiday themed episode will air on Christmas day (December 25th) at 9 pm ET on PBS.

Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian

Now that the second season of The Mandalorian has concluded, it’s time to do a deeper dive into the second season of the docu-series. The eight episodes will pull back the curtain, with each chapter exploring a different facet of the show through interviews, behind the scenes footage, and roundtable conversations hosted by Jon Favreau. Unlike the first season which aired weekly, the entire second season will drop on December 25th, 2020, on Disney+.

Soul

The newest film from Disney Pixar makes its much-anticipated debut. The film follows Joe, a middle-school band teacher whose life hasn’t quite gone the way he expected. His true passion is jazz, but when he travels to another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it means to have a soul. The film stars Jamie Foxx, Tina Fey, Graham Norton, as well as others. Unlike Mulan, Soul will be available to anyone with a Disney+ account on December 25th, 2020.

Surprising Santa Claus

HGTV is surprising the town of Santa Claus, as well as two lucky families, with holiday cheer, home renovations, and a top-secret gift! Earlier this year, a casting company sought applications from Santa Claus residents hoping for holiday home renovations. There were nearly 100 submissions! After rigorous reviewing and interviews, the team narrowed in on four finalists by the fall. During a “normal” year, the production team would visit the area to scout locations and determine an action plan for filming. This year, as we all know, is a bit different. Logistics were worked out via Zoom with a few locals to address everything from crew lodging to helping source local hand sanitizer. The 90-minute holiday special will air at 9 pm ET on HGTV.

Wonder Woman 1984

The much awaited sequel to Wonder Woman debuts! The sequel follows Diana Prince as she lives quietly among mortals in the vibrant, sleek 1980s, an era of excess driven by the pursuit of having it all. Though she’s come into her full powers, she maintains a low profile by curating ancient artifacts and only performing heroic acts incognito. But soon, Diana will have to muster all of her strength, wisdom, and courage as she squares off against Maxwell Lord and the Cheetah, a villainess who possesses superhuman strength and agility. The film will be available in both theaters and on HBO Max on December 25th.

Saturday, December 26th

Letterkenny

Season 9 on the hit Canadien comedy premieres. Like previous seasons the new one will focus on Wayne, Daryl, Katy, Squirrely Dan, and the Ontario community’s various other inhabitants. The entire season will be available on December 26th on Hulu.
