The reboot of the cult classic superhero comedy—set to premiere on August 29—follows Peter Dinklage as Winston Gooze, a mild-mannered single dad stuck in a soul-sucking job at a company so corrupt it “would knowingly poison its own customers just to boost their own profit margins.” After a confrontation at work, Winston is unceremoniously dumped into a vat of toxic sludge, transforming him into the grotesque, disfigured antihero known as Toxie.
