NBC’s New Comedy Stumble Premieres This November

NBC releases the official trailer for Stumble, a mockumentary comedy about the chaotic world of junior college cheer, premiering November 7.

NBC has unveiled the official trailer, key art, and new images for its upcoming comedy series Stumble, a hilarious mockumentary that dives headfirst into the fiercely competitive world of junior college cheer. The new single-camera series is set to premiere Friday, November 7 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, with episodes available to stream the following day on Peacock.

From creators Jeff Astrof and Liz Astrof, Stumble promises sharp humor, heartfelt moments, and a behind-the-scenes look at a cheer squad determined to win—no matter how messy things get along the way. The series comes from Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Defining Eve Productions.

Stumble stars Jenn Lyon and Taran Killam, with Kristin Chenoweth appearing in a recurring role. The ensemble cast also includes Ryan Pinkston, Jarrett Austin Brown, Anissa Borrego, Arianna Davis, Taylor Dunbar, and Georgie Murphy.

The creative team behind Stumble features an impressive lineup of comedy veterans. Jeff Astrof and Liz Astrof serve as writers and executive producers, with Jeff Blitz (known for his work on The Office) directing and executive producing. Additional executive producers include Dana Honor and cheerleading icon Monica Aldama, whose expertise adds authenticity to the high-energy, high-drama world of collegiate cheer.

With its documentary-style format and satirical tone, Stumble aims to capture the absurdity and determination of its characters as they tumble, flip, and—of course—stumble toward greatness.

The new trailer and key art offer a first look at the humor and heart that await when Stumble makes its debut this fall.

Stumble premieres Friday, November 7 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, and will stream the next day on Peacock.
