Keeping Up With the Cast of ‘Friends’!

If you’ve been wondering what new projects the cast of Friends are working on now we have you covered!

It has been almost a year since the cast of Friends sat together on the orange Central Perk couch, and we cannot get enough of it!

It was the reunion of a century, and fans are still talking about Jennifer, Courteney, Lisa, Matt, Mattew, and David.

So, no wonder everyone wants to know what our friends are up to today?

Jennifer Aniston

“Well, what if I don’t want to be a shoe? What if I want to be a purse or a hat?” Well, it’s easy to agree that Aniston is multifaceted in the world of Entertainment. She can portray an array of characters and could easily even bring a shoe, purse, or hat to life! With that being said, there’s no stopping Aniston anytime soon. We all know the beloved actress is a renowned comedian, but in the last several years she has taken a step into more serious roles. In 2020 she was nominated for an Emmy and Golden Globe and won a SAG Award for her raw performance in The Morning Show. The show has been keeping Aniston busy for it is renewed for Season 3. That isn’t the only project she has been working on. Murder Mystery 2 with Adam Sandler just wrapped earlier this year. We can expect the dynamic duo to be hitting the screen soon!

Courteney Cox

What’s something Monica Geller and Courteney Cox have in common? “I know, I know!” It’s their hard work, drive, and passion for what they do. Cox’s new horror series, Shining Vale is out, and it is a smashing success with a Season 2 renewal. Not only does Cox play the lead actress in the Starz series, but she also produces the show. That isn’t the only eerie, thrilling project Cox is working on these days. Gale Weathers returns! The Scream franchise is back at the box office. Scream 5 was released at the beginning of this year, and Scream 6 is expected to be released in March of 2023.

Lisa Kudrow

“My eyes, my eyes!” We cannot wait to SEE what Lisa Kudrow has been working on. Similar to Aniston, Kudrow found herself playing alongside Steve Carell in Netflix’s Space Force. The humorous, out-of-this-world (no pun intended) show fits right into Kudrow’s comedic background. The series ran for two seasons with Season 2 releasing earlier this year in February. While the actress is known for her roles in sitcoms, she does land an appearance in many hilarious cinematic films. Most recently, she starred in Better Nate Than Ever playing Aunt Heidi on Disney+.

Matt LeBlanc

“How you doin’” Matt Leblanc? In the last couple of years, the actor starred in Man with a Plan on CBS working alongside Liza Snyder. The show ran for four seasons before ending in 2020. From Friends to Man with a Plan, friends and family have always been the center of LeBlanc’s career. When LeBlanc isn’t on set, he has a passion for cars and racing. He had the opportunity to host Top Gear. Cars are tested to see if they live up to their manufacturers’ claims.

Matthew Perry

Could we be any more interested in what’s new with Matthew Perry? Well, now he is both an actor and an author! Perry’s last on-screen role was in 2017 appearing in The Odd Couple and The Good Fight. Now, you can find him typing away prepping for his book debut. Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing: A Memoir will take a deep dive into Perry’s battle with addiction. The book is fueled by honesty, but with some hilarious innuendos. The book is expected to be available for purchase in October of this year.

David Schwimmer

Let’s “PIVOT” our attention to David Schwimmer. Schwimmer is known for his specifically tailored characters in various sitcoms. In 2019, he appeared for a short time as a guest star on Will and Grace. Since then, he’s landed a role in Intelligence, a British TV Series that takes place in the Government Communications Headquarters. The series is renewed for a third season and will premiere on June 7, 2022. Tune in to see how “National Security is no joke.”

While these six might not be working together now, they will always be the friends from New York City sipping coffee in Central Perk. Who knows, maybe there is another reunion in store for the future!
