The new film featuring Adam Sandler has caused fans to share their thoughts on “Spaceman” and his performance.

Spaceman is Netflix’s newest movie about an astronaut, Jakub, who is sent on a solo mission to space, to investigate what seems to be a purple cloud. During his mission he starts to reminisce about his past and the things he has done and also starts feeling guilt for leaving his pregnant wife behind to pursue his mission.

The guilt seems to be consuming him and his mental health starts to decline. In the mist of delusion and guilt he encounters a creature in his spaceship which seems to be an alien spider who somehow got onboard and Jakub decides to call him Hanus.

They start developing a weird connection and Hanus seem to be interested in Jakubs past, and he starts taking a look at his past memories with a hope of trying to help him alleviate his guilt. Fans have been fascinated by Adam’s performance because this movie has shown that he is a very versatile actor, and he can perform in all different types of genres.

Fans thought that Hanus was scary and weird, especially since he is able to speak with Jakub and develop a human and alien relationship. They have described him as a sweetheart since he mentions that he felt Jakub’s loneliness and he wanted to help him. This is very sweet coming from a giant hairy spider that looks like it could eat you for breakfast.

The movie definitely does a good job at showing viewers the development in the bond that Jakub and Hanus create in their journey. Since they both get really close and start sharing personal traumas and things from the past, making the ending really sad.
