The Synopsis

Picking up 36 years after the original, an unexpected family tragedy prompts the Deetz family to return home to Winter River. Lydia’s past comes back to haunt her, after her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, uncovers the mysterious model town in the attic–opening a portal to the afterlife! 

As both realms begin falling into chaos, a certain demon’s name is read three times and his second reign of terror begins!

The first trailer for the spooky sequel has fans saying “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice,” spawning the centuries-old demon from his confined, miniature town in the Deetz family home!

Lydia Deetz’s curious teenage daughter, Astrid, seemingly lets the supernatural creep loose after discovering and removing the plastic tarp from the model town in the dusty attic! His emergence horrifies Lydia, who witnesses the demon rise from his confined space and into his life-size form!

Returning ensemble cast members for the sequel include Keaton in the titular role, with Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara reprising their mother and daughter characters Delia and Lydia. New faces include Jenna Ortega as Lydia’s daughter, Astrid, joined by Monica Bellucci as Beetlejuice’s wife, Juston Theroux as Rory and Willem Dafoe as a ghost detective!
