Everything Coming to Disney+ in May 2025

Disney+ celebrates Star Wars Day, new Andor and Doctor Who episodes, WWE shows, and more streaming premieres throughout the month of May 2025.

As May 2025 kicks off, Disney+ is stacking its streaming slate with a mix of new premieres, returning favorites, and some galaxy-sized celebrations. From Star Wars exclusives to animated milestones, there’s something for every type of viewer this month.

In honor of Star Wars Day on May 4, Disney+ is giving fans not one, but three new titles from a galaxy far, far away. Launching that day are Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld—a brand-new series with all episodes streaming at once—alongside the premieres of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Disneyland Resort and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance Disneyland Resort, both offering immersive looks into the iconic theme park attractions.

Fans of Andor can expect even more action this May. New episodes of Andor Season 2 will debut on May 6 and May 13, with the three-episode drop on May 6 bringing episodes 7, 8, and 9, followed by the season finale on May 13. With Diego Luna back as the titular hero, the story heats up as the series nears its conclusion.

But Disney+ isn’t stopping at the stars. New episodes of Doctor Who will arrive each Saturday in May, beginning with Episode 4 on May 3 and concluding with the season finale on May 31. That means fresh installments land on May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, giving Whovians a full month of sci-fi adventures.

Swinging into the animated universe, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is available to stream right now. Fans can revisit Miles Morales’ multiverse-hopping journey as they count down the years until Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse arrives in 2027.

WWE content also enters the ring this month. On May 9, WWE Rivals drops two new seasons—Season 2 with 10 episodes and Season 4 with six episodes—giving fans a deep dive into wrestling’s most iconic matchups.

Animation lovers get a massive boost on May 7. That day brings the 100th episode of Big City Greens (Season 4), as well as new content from Broken Karaoke (Season 3, 2 episodes), Firebuds (Season 2, 2 episodes), and Hamster & Gretel (Season 2, 12 episodes).

Documentary fans will also be satisfied this May. Premieres include Tucci in Italy on May 19, the food-and-travel series starring Stanley Tucci, and Minnie’s Bow-Toons: Pet Hotel, a new short-form series launching May 20.

The month rounds out with family-friendly fare. On May 28, two Winnie the Pooh series return with new episodes: Me & Winnie the Pooh (Season 2, 6 episodes) and Playdate with Winnie the Pooh (Season 2, 5 episodes). And wrapping things up, May 31 brings the Season 3 premiere of How Not to Draw with four fresh episodes.

Whether you’re a Jedi, Time Lord, Spidey fan, or wrestling buff, Disney+ has your streaming schedule covered this May.
