Modern Love

This is a show like no other! It takes viewers through the journey of love but from the experiences of different people in each episode. The show was adapted from a weekly column in the New York Times that talks about relationships, feelings, revelations, and betrayals. Why this show is so amazing is that each episode feels like its own movie where you’re able to see real love stories and relationships. Not only that but the stories behind each episode are real which makes it even more personable for the viewers. There are currently two seasons out on Amazon Prime Video.

Making the Cut

Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn host a fashion show competition like no other and it is a must-watch. Unlike any previous fashion competition shows, the winner gets to sell their designs on Amazon which is an amazing opportunity for us to actually wear the pieces being designed on the show! They also get one million dollars to invest in their brand. This is definitely worth watching if you are into fashion!

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan

CIA analyst and Marine Veteran Jack Ryan works in the Terrorism, Arms, and Finance division and finds himself dealing with suspicious bank transfers where he is later sent out to Europe and the Middle East to figure out this case. John Krasinski who plays Jack Ryan does an amazing job in the show and walks us through his journey to fight a massive attack against a rising terrorist figurehead. If you are interested in any foreign relations or government crime shows, this should definitely be next on your list.

The Voyeurs

A couple, Pippa and Thomas, decide to move in together, and immediately fall into an obsession watching their neighbors living in the apartment complex across from them. The couple next door looks like they have it all, constantly intimate, happy, drinking expensive wine, basically living the life. Suddenly, Pippa’s obsession takes a turn and starts to cause problems within her relationship with Justin. Her obsession causes her to become involved in their neighbor’s life not knowing that it will lead to the most shocking ending ever. This movie will for sure shake you to your core and make you rethink being nosy!

The Lie

Joey King takes us on a suspenseful and horror-filled journey as she plays Kayla, a distraught young teen who pushes her friend into an icy river causing her to drown. Kayla’s father not knowing what to do decides to keep this a secret to protect his daughter and is still in shock that his daughter was capable of doing something like this. Kayla’s parents who are divorced have to find a way to keep this deep secret from cops and in the end, it spirals out of control. This is a must-watch if you love a great psychological thriller!
