Halloween 2021 is right around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited! Figuring out the perfect costume can be time-consuming and frustrating, but celebrities always make it look effortless. To see what we mean, here are some of our favorite looks celebs gave us last year!

Kim Kardashian, her kids, and Jonathan Cheban as Tiger King:

Kim Kardashian, her kids, and Jonathan Cheban (Foodgod) dressed up as Joe Exotic, Carol Baskin, and the tigers! Tiger King was the newest and hottest show in 2020, and we can leave it up to Kim K to keep up with the trends!

Drew Barrymore as Glinda from Wizard of Oz:

Drew Barrymore followed the yellow brick road right to Halloween! Barrymore dressed up as Glinda from the Wizard of Oz with an elegant pink ball gown dress while hosting her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show. That night she also gave a single mother $10,000! Looks like she really is Glinda!

The Weeknd as the Nutty Professor:

The Weeknd went as the Nutty Professor, originally played by Eddie Murphy in the 1996 film. The Weeknd completely transformed himself with a lot of makeup, green slime, and a fat suit. Kendall Jenner, the host of the party he attended, crowned him “Best Dressed.” An award, well deserved.

Saweetie as Destiny’s Child:

Saweetie didn’t have one, not two, but three costumes! Her outfits were based on the hit 90’s and 2000’s band “Destiny’s Child.” Saweetie was Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. Talk about dedication!

Bretman Rock as Edna E. Mode:

Beauty Guru and internet personality Bretman Rock dressed up as Edna from The Incredibles, and his nephew was baby Jack Jack. Rock’s black bob wig and black circle glasses completely made the look. It’s safe to say he understood the assignment!

Cardi B as Medusa:

Cardi B served on Halloween last year! Her costume as Medusa got over five million likes on Instagram. Her realistic snake tail, made by fashion designer Baba Jagne, was to die for. Cardi B topped off her Medusa costume with a crazy hairstyle that incorporated golden rattlesnakes.

Halsey as the Corpse Bride:

Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride character Emily was certainly brought to life in the best way possible, thanks to Halsey. Halsey painted her whole body blue and had very detailed makeup, outlining all the best features of “Emily,” the corpse bride. I can’t imagine how long it took to take it all off!

Halloween is right around the corner, and we could not be more excited to find out what amazing costumes we’ll see this year!
