Where Are They Know: ‘Tiger King’ Stars

It’s been 8 months since the Netflix documentary series, ‘Tiger King’ graced our screens. We’re taking a look at where the stars are now!

Way back in March at the start of quarantine, Netflix released the Tiger King documentary series. This series blew up and fans quickly became invested in the dramatic lives of its stars.

A lot has happened since the premiere of the series and you may be wondering what happened to them? That’s why we’re examining where some of the cast is now!

Dillon Passage

You probably remember Dillon Passage from the ending of the Tiger King series or from this week’s headlines. Passage married Joe Exotic in 2017 and the two were inseparable until Joe was sentenced to prison in 2019. While they are still together, Passage stated in a People’s Magazine interview that they don’t get to speak very often.

Dillon made headlines this past Sunday when he was arrested in Texas for a DWI. Cops say he bombed the field sobriety test and was brought in from the scene.

Doc Antle

On October 8th, 2020 Doc Antle was charged by the Virginia Attorney General’s office with multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. The misdemeanor charges included four counts of conspiracy to violate the Endangered Species Act and nine counts of animal cruelty. The felony charges included one felony of wildlife trafficking and one felony count of conspiracy to traffic wildlife.

Doc Antle appeared in court last Thursday to face these charges. He was ordered a $10,000 unsecured bond and the inability to leave the U.S. without permission.

Carole Baskin

We doubt you haven’t been kept up to date with Carole Baskin, but in case you missed it…

Carole Baskin appeared on this season’s Dancing with the Stars but was eliminated. She currently runs a podcast and is still the CEO of Big Cat Rescue.

Joe Exotic

Sentenced to 22 years in prison, Joe Exotic was the main star of the entire documentary series. The zoo creator was charged with 17 federal charges of animal abuse, including violations of the Lacey Act and Endangered Species Act, and two counts of murder for hire for a plot to murder Carole Baskin. While in prison during Covid, Joe was moved to a health facility when multiple inmates tested positive for the virus. There has also been word that Joe Exotic sent a pardon letter to the current President, Donald Trump, in hopes of being released from prison.

Joe is still in prison and there has yet to be a verified comment about his husband’s arrest or any sentence updates.
