Upload Series Finale Premieres August 25 On Prime Video

Upload drops its first-look clip and key art at Comic-Con ahead of its epic four-part series finale premiering August 25 on Prime Video.

Prime Video is preparing to say a final farewell to one of its most beloved sci-fi comedies. During a packed panel at San Diego Comic-Con, the streamer debuted a first-look clip and exclusive key art from the upcoming fourth and final season of Upload. Fans got an early taste of what’s to come before the four-part series finale event premieres August 25, exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories.

The panel featured series creator and executive producer Greg Daniels—known for The Office, Parks and Recreation, and King of the Hill—joined by stars Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Kevin Bigley, and Allegra Edwards, with The Office alum Brian Baumgartner moderating the conversation. Cast members reflected on their time filming the show and gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the final season, along with some heartfelt memories and humorous anecdotes.

Upload takes place in a futuristic world where death isn’t the end—it’s just the beginning of a digital afterlife. In this technologically advanced society, those who can afford it can have their consciousness “uploaded” to a luxurious virtual reality resort known as Lakeview. Holographic phones, self-driving cars, AI assistants, and 3D-printed food are just part of everyday life.

The series finale promises a high-stakes conclusion: a rapidly evolving and malevolent AI threatens to erase Lakeview—and possibly humanity itself. With love, loss, and lingering secrets both online and offline, the characters must join forces one last time to stop the ultimate digital disaster.

The show stars Robbie Amell as Nathan, Andy Allo as Nora, Kevin Bigley as Luke, Allegra Edwards as Ingrid, Zainab Johnson as Aleesha, and Owen Daniels as the lovable A.I. Guy. Executive producers include Greg Daniels, Howard Klein, and Maxwell Vivian.

After three seasons of sharp wit, heartwarming moments, and satirical tech commentary, Upload is getting the send-off it deserves. Don’t miss the emotional and action-packed conclusion when all four episodes drop on August 25.
