Bling Empire dives into a friend group of some of the most affluent Asian Americans in the Beverly Hills community. From exotic cars and designer outfits to lots and lots of glamorous dinner parties, we’ve learned a lot about this high-society group of friends. Here are our top glam moments from the show!
Christine shutting down Rodeo Drive for Chinese New Year
Starting off the list is Christine’s Chinese New Year party. There was no better way to kick off the series than by showcasing Christine’s ultimate party planning skills. And of course, nothing screams “glamorous” more than shutting down LA’s notorious Rodeo Drive for a holiday party.
Kane’s shoe wall
Shoeaholics look away, you’ve been warned. Kane’s massive shoe collection is centered on a wall in his living room; a perfect display for visitors to admire his extensive collection. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Kane’s designer shoe wall is estimated to be worth about $300,000. From studded Christian Louboutin high tops to Fendi loafers–he truly has it all!
Jaime’s entire wardrobe
It’s hard to pinpoint one specific glam moment with Jaime. The 23 year old fashion icon never once had a dull moment. Whether it was a dinner party, holiday event, or pool day, we could always expect Jaime to show up serving looks. Throughout the show, Jamie was seen rocking luxury brands like Dior, Chanel, and Bottega Veneta. Fashion is clearly Jaime’s forte, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that Forbes recently named her “Fashion’s New Darling.”
Anna’s private shopping sprees
What’s more exciting than shopping at Dior? Having Dior come to you! As a top tier client, Anna had the Dior team come to her house with some of the latest pieces from their collection. Being the great friend that she is, she invited Kevin to join her at her stunning Beverly Hills home and even gifted him a whole new outfit!
Baby G’s birthday party
Just when you thought the parties couldn’t get any crazier, Christine shows off her party planning skills once again by throwing another epic party, this time for Baby G. It wasn’t any ordinary birthday party though, it had a virtual reality station, an open bar, and yes–the infamous Gucci bag claw machine. Twitter user @NailahSimpson shared her reaction to seeing the luxury claw machine.
Netflix has not confirmed whether there will be a season 2 of Bling Empire, but we can only hope to see more glitz, glam, and dinner parties from this friend group! In the meantime, season 1 is available for you to binge over and over again on Netflix.
