Tim Curry to join Rocky Horror Picture Show cast for a one-night-only appearance on the 50th anniversary tour finale this November.
Fans of The Rocky Horror Picture Show have reason to do the Time Warp again—this time with the film’s most iconic star. Tim Curry, who brought the unforgettable Dr. Frank N. Furter to life in the 1975 cult classic, will reunite with his castmates Patricia Quinn, Nell Campbell, and Barry Bostwick for one special night only during the film’s upcoming 50th anniversary tour.

The reunion is set for November 2, 2025, at the Grove of Anaheim, and marks the grand finale of a 40-stop live tour that kicks off in September 2025 in Huntsville, Alabama. The rest of the tour will feature Bostwick, Quinn, and Campbell making appearances together and individually across North America, celebrating the film that launched a cultural phenomenon.
While fans already had plenty to be excited about with the anniversary tour, Tim Curry’s newly announced participation makes the Anaheim event a must-see. In addition to a screening of the film, attendees can expect a shadow cast performance, exclusive memorabilia, and the rare opportunity to watch the movie alongside most of its living stars.
Although Tim Curry has largely stayed out of the spotlight since suffering a stroke in 2012, he made a memorable cameo as The Criminologist in Fox’s 2016 The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do the Time Warp Again. This upcoming appearance will mark a rare public reunion with his Rocky Horror co-stars, and comes just one month after the release of his memoir, Vagabond, which hits shelves October 2, 2025.
Tim Curry, who originated the role of Frank N. Furter on stage in The Rocky Horror Show before bringing it to the big screen, went on to a prolific film career with standout roles including Wadsworth in Clue (1985) and Long John Silver in Muppet Treasure Island (1996).
Presale tickets for the November 2 screening go live on Thursday, July 17 at 10 AM PST, using the code TIMEWARP. General public tickets become available the following day, Friday, July 18 at 10 AM PST.
Whether you’re a seasoned fan or a Rocky Horror newbie, this anniversary event promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of camp, music, and cinematic rebellion—with the sweet transvestite himself back in the building.
