In this episode of The Dance Influence with Dana Alexa we chat with dancer, teacher and choreographer Mikey DellaVella! We learn what it’s like to teach at huge Los Angeles dance studios, The Playground LA and Millennium Dance Complex. Mikey will tell us more about competing on season 2 of NBC’s World of Dance. Lastly, we will chat a little on his newly born son, Lorenzo and how his life has changed becoming a dad!
Mikey Dellavella, originally from upstate New York, lives and works in Los Angeles as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer. Teaching at world renowned dance studios such as The Playground LA and Millennium Dance Complex, Mikey’s goal is to make sure his students leave with better musicality and a stronger appreciation for dance. He also an active member and co-choreographer on the dance team SRank, who recently competed on NBC’S World of Dance!
