Teen Mom’s Amber and Andrew Headed Back to Court for a Custody Battle

Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon have had many court battles over the past months, and they are back at it again, but this time it’s Amber coming for Andrew!

Amber is heading to court with her ex Andrew over custody of their son, James.

Since Amber’s latest domestic violence arrest, Andrew has been the main caretaker of James, but TMZ reported that according to the two’s custody agreement, Amber was supposed to be allowed to spend time with their son during the holidays.

Her argument is that Andrew left the state with James without giving her proper notice. She is also claiming that on Christmas Day, she was informed that James had been nipped by a family dog, and Andrew supposedly waited three days to send her a picture of the injury, plus didn’t inform her that they had to go to the emergency room until much later.

According to the teen mom star, James suffered a black eye and a bandaged nose, which sounds like a whole lot more than a nip.

It doesn’t end there, though; she is also claiming that Andrew violated their agreement by posting a photo of James to Instagram on New Year’s Eve. The photo has since been deleted.

If found guilty, Andrew will be held in contempt of court for violating various points of their custody agreement. Amber is also asking that he pay for her legal expenses.

Amber agreed to a plea deal for the domestic charges against her back in October and is currently serving 906 days of probation. If she completes her probation without any trouble, all the charges against her will be dropped. She is also currently still fighting for custody of James.
