Working for Cosmo, as it’s known, comes with an all-access VIP lifestyle, but it is also a stressful job that often pushes the staffers past their limits as they strive to release the best publication that they can every month in a time when print publications are on the decline. The hourlong episodes showcase the behind-the-scenes drama associated with the celebrity encounters and beauty shoots that the staff members experience while on the job.
