Maxton Hall Season 2 Trailer Released By Prime Video

Prime Video drops official trailer and new imagery for Maxton Hall season 2 as the record-breaking series returns with big emotions, betrayal, and romance.

Prime Video is taking fans back to Maxton Hall Private School. The streamer has officially released the trailer and new imagery for season 2 of Maxton Hall – The World Between Us, giving audiences a first look at the highly anticipated return of the hit international drama.

Following its record-breaking first season—which became Prime Video’s most-watched International Original series of all time and reached the #1 spot on Prime Video charts in more than 120 countries—the story continues with even higher stakes. The second season premieres November 7, 2025, launching with the first three episodes of the six-part season, followed by new episodes weekly until the finale on November 28.

Based on Save You, the second installment of Mona Kasten’s bestselling novel series published by LYX, the new season dives deep into themes of love, betrayal, and heartbreak. Ruby (Harriet Herbig-Matten) seems to have everything she’s ever dreamed of after her passionate night with James (Damian Hardung). But tragedy in James’ family changes everything, and he himself shatters Ruby’s happiness, pulling her from the heights of joy to devastating reality. Struggling with heartbreak, Ruby longs for the simplicity of her old life before she was thrust into the world of Maxton Hall’s elite. Still, James refuses to let go, determined to win her back despite the pain between them.

Returning alongside Herbig-Matten and Hardung are Sonja Weißer as Lydia, Ben Felipe as Cyril, Fedja van Huêt as Mortimer, Runa Greiner as Ember, Justus Riesner as Alistair, Andrea Guo as Lin, Frederic Balonier as Kieran, and Eli Riccardi as Elaine.

Behind the scenes, the series is directed by Martin Schreier and executive produced by Markus Brunnemann and Ceylan Yildirim, who also serves as head writer. Juliana Lima Dehne and Marlene Melchior join Yildirim in the writers’ room, with Valentin Debler returning as producer. Maxton Hall – The World Between Us is produced by UFA Fiction and supported by the German Motion Picture Fund (GMPF).

With promises of love, friendship, betrayal, and unforgettable twists, season 2 of Maxton Hall – The World Between Us looks to test whether true love can really overcome all obstacles.

The first three episodes premiere November 7, exclusively on Prime Video.
