Lindsey Vonn Sends Well Wishes To Ex-Fiance Following Breakup

Olympic Alpine Skier, Lindsey Vonn, sends well wishes to ex-fiance, following their breakup.

The Olympic Gold Medal Skier, Lindsey Vonn, recently asked for “privacy and respect” following her breakup with her Fiance, PK Subban. The famous athlete couple announced their split Wednesday, December 30th, on social media. Vonn and Subban had been together for three years, having initially met at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards back in 2017. The couple took to Instagram last Wednesday simultaneously, announcing their split. The New Jersey Devils hockey player shortly followed her by posting the same picture on his profile.

Vonn’s post read, “Over the past 3 years, PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man and someone I respect a great deal. However, after much consideration, we have decided to move forward separately. We will always remain friends and love each other immensely. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this time”.

Subban’s post read, “Lindsey is one of the most kind and caring people I know. I will always treasure our time as a couple together and the many laughs we shared. After much consideration, we have decided to move forward separately. We will always remain friends and love each other immensely. We ask that you respect our privacy during this time”.

The couple kept their posts positive and respectful toward each other. They have been open about their relationship even since the early stages. Both being professional athletes and having followings with a total of 3 million, they have been very open throughout their entire relationship. During this time, we both wish them happiness, healing, and luck in their new chapters. Breakups, in general, are challenging to navigate, sometimes not knowing which emotions to feel. We all can do our part and respect their wishes and spread kindness to one another.
