Well-known actress, Jennifer Aniston, continues to make people wonder how she still looks the same throughout the years. Here are some of her secrets to looking as good as she does!

It’s no secret that Jennifer Aniston is one of the most naturally beautiful actresses in the industry. What is a secret is how she’s done it for so long! Fans remain overwhelmingly curious as to how she continues to maintain her perfect skin, gorgeous hair, and incredibly fit body. Her tips and advice may come as a shock, but this is what she lives by.

Every time you see Jennifer Aniston, her skin appears flawless just like it did 20 years ago! To everyone’s surprise, Aniston swears by drinking a ton of water. As the former spokesperson for SmartWater, she clearly lives by her word! She also is a huge proponent of getting good sleep and always wearing sunscreen. As far as face washing goes, a simple Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar is enough for her, paired with the Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer. A very basic routine, but I guess less is more in this case!

Much like her skin, Jennifer Aniston has always had gorgeous hair. Short, long, curly, straight, you name it, she rocks it! She actually has her own hair care brand called LolaVie which is prided with their all natural, plant-based ingredients. Aside from her own brand, she loves using masks from Living Proof and Drunk Elephant weekly to keep her hair looking as flawless as it does. There’s definitely a lot of upkeep, but it’s worth it in the end as we all see!

Not only does she have perfect skin and hair, but the cherry on top of the cake has to be her toned body. Jennifer Aniston is a big fan of all different kinds of workouts, but her top three are yoga, pilates and cardio for staying in shape. With her busy schedule she still finds time to workout at least five times a week which clearly explains why she looks the way she does. The beauty of her routine is that you can pretty much do yoga anywhere and doesn’t require a gym membership. So giving yoga a try is super accessible and a great way to stay in shape like Jennifer!

Before she begins her yoga, Aniston starts her mornings with a 20 minute meditation that has become a ritual for her. She is very into self care and keeping her mind healthy in addition to her body. Something interesting she does is refrain from going on her phone in the mornings for the first hour she’s awake. Even though this is a widely popular piece of advice, it’s more meaningful coming from the one and only Rachel Green so might be worth giving it a try one morning. She also enjoys journaling and actually writes out what she’s grateful for every morning to really get into a positive mindset for the day. It’s super refreshing to see this empowering woman stress the importance of having a healthy mind!
