Hulu’s Hottest Original Shows From 2022!

From The Kardashians to The Dropout, Hulu has been giving us some amazing viewing this year! Here are some of the shows you don’t want to miss out on.

Are you looking for your next binge-worthy show on Hulu? Here are seven original series from this year that you need to watch. We’ve even added a couple of upcoming series too!

The Bear

This series recently premiered on June 23 and although it is technically a FX series, it can only be found on Hulu. The show stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto, a young chef who is used to the fine dining culinary world. In a turn-of-events, Berzatto comes back to Chicago to run the family sandwich shop after the family goes through the loss of a family member. Exclusively on Hulu, you can check out the trailer below.

The Kardashians

The series premiere alone was the most-watched premiere in Hulu history so it’s no surprise that it’s one of Hulu’s most popular originals. The Kardashians series stands out amongst the rest since it’s one of Hulu’s few original reality shows. The editing team does a great job of giving the show a modern look into the family’s crazy lives and changing the vibe from what we had seen previously on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The Girl from Plainville

This show is insane! Without giving too much away, this true story series shows the case of Michelle Carter and Conrad Roy III and the events leading up to his death. The amount of talent the cast has is incredible, it’s definitely binge-worthy.

How I Met Your Father

It’s hard to not immediately compare HIMYF to HIMYM but the spinoff does an excellent job of following the same tone while still doing it’s own thing. It stars Hilary Duff as young Sophie, and Kim Cattrall, who narrates as the older version of her. Some other familiar faces that can be seen in this series are the iconic Leighton Meester, Francia Raisa, and Josh Peck. Check it out!

Maggie is a romantic comedy series that will be out in no time. The series premiere will debut on July 6 and follows Maggie, a young psychic who sees the fate of others. However, things get tricky when she begins seeing a glimpse into her own future and must begin living more in the present. You will be able to watch it in no time as the streaming platform will be dropping the 13 episodes all at once. Thanks, Hulu!

Pam & Tommy

This biographical series is a dark comedy that follows the iconic model and actress, Pamela Anderson and her rockstar husband, Tommy Lee. The show stars Lily James, Sebastian Stan as the iconic couple, and Seth Rogan as Rand Gauthier. They all do an excellent job in their roles. In this eight-episode series, the couple goes on their honeymoon, and their sex tape is stolen and leaked to the public. It’s too good not to watch.

The Dropout

Amanda Seyfried shows time and time again how good of an actress she is, especially in this series. Her talent is undeniable as she kills the role of Elizabeth Holmes in this true story drama. Almost every episode in the series ends in a cliffhanger and it continues to be one of Hulu’s most popular shows right now. Check it out if you haven’t already.

Conversations With Friends

This 2022 series is based on the 2017 novel by Sally Rooney. It’s the summer before their senior year of college and the story follows Frances and her best friend, Bobbi who meet Melissa, an accomplished writer. However, tension rises when Frances finds herself interested in Melissa’s husband instead. The show forces the 21-year-old to navigate life and confront her feelings for the first time in a vulnerable way. If you love fictional storylines, this one’s for you.

Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons

This docu-series is going to be everything and more! Hulu has yet to release any trailers or first looks for the show but it’s set to release in July. It will explain the stories of the billionaires connected to the Victoria Secret brand as well as its rise and fall. It should also explain some secrets of the fashion world, stay tuned!
