– Season 8 to premier in the “first half of 2019” says HBO’s programming president Casey
Bloys.

Pilot script by Jane Goldman (kick-ass, kingsman). Story by Goldman and George RR Martin,
story takes place 8,000 years before GOT series. No current actors will be in prequel but will
