Ellen Degeneres Tests Positive For COVID-19

The talk show host made the announcement on Twitter, saying she is positive for COVID-19.

Ellen Degeneres announced on Thursday to her Twitter that she has tested positive for COVID-19.

The talk show host tweeted, saying, “Hi Everyone, I want to let you all know that I tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, I’m feeling fine right now. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines. I’ll see you all again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and safe.”

The Ellen Degeneres Show has been back in production following all COVID safety protocols since Sept. As for now, though, the show will be put on pause until Jan. 2021, with only repeat episodes playing in the meantime.
