Demon Slayer S1 E3 & E4 Recap & After Show: A hero’s journey! Tanjiro is ready for the final selection

This week on the Demon Slayer After Show, our hosts are joined by special guests, Ryan Bartley (Voice of Makomo) and Brook Chalmers (Voice of Urokodaki).

As Tanjiro trains for months to become a demon slayer, Nezuko continues to sleep. Tanjiro has overcome every obstacle Urokodaki has put in front of him, and now comes the final test: Tanjiro must cut through a boulder. As Tanjiro struggles to complete his final mission, he encounters two other children, Sabito and Makomo. With their help, Tanjiro is able to complete his mission, and Urokodaki sends him off to the final selection. In order to become a demon slayer, the young recruits must survive in a forest full of demons for seven days. It’s here that Tanjiro learns the truth of Sabito and Makomo, and encounters a demon like no other. It’s time to put his training to the test!
