Join Jeff Graham, Sarah Mendoza, and Meagan Gitelman to discuss episode two of the three part series Butterfly in which in an attempt to understand and support Max, Vicky and Stephen attend a support group for gender nonconforming young people. The family attend their first appointment at the gender clinic, but Stephen still struggles and ends up making a mistake.
11-year-old Max identifies as a girl and wants to live her life as Maxine. Her estranged parents Vicky and Stephen attempt to work out how best to cope with and support this huge life decision.
