Lauren “LB” Barr joined Bachelor Nation in 2016 as a contestant on Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor.
Barr, a fashion buyer from Oklahoma, was one of four Lauren’s on the show, including another Lauren B. (Lauren Bushnell). Barr was chosen for the first group date of the season. However, she decided to quit in the second week of the show after feeling out of place competing with the other women.
When Higgins called her name to give her a rose at the rose ceremony, Barr pulled him to the side to talk privately where she told him she’d decided to leave the show.
“I’m just a quiet girl from Oklahoma,” Barr said. “It’s really hard for me to be here.”
Where is she now?
Post-Bachelor, it came out in Nov. 2018 that Barr had previously dated country music star Chris Lane. Lane, who is now married to another Lauren B.–Lauren Bushnell, also from Higgin’s season of The Bachelor–dated Barr before starting a relationship with Bushnell.
“Chris was dating LB right before Lauren,” an anonymous source told Us Weekly. “Lauren called LB a couple of days ago to tell her that they were together.”
As of June 2020, Us Weekly reports that Barr started a new relationship with current boyfriend Hunter in 2019, and currently lives in Nashville.
