A ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Reboot Is In The Works

Attention ‘Pretty Little Liar’ fans, your favorite teen drama is getting a reboot from the creator of ‘Riverdale’.

Back from the grave so soon? The popular teen drama Pretty Little Liars is reportedly getting a reboot by Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa just three years after the show ended.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, this new version of Pretty Little Liars will be completely different, with a whole new storyline and cast of characters. The even bigger surprise is the original creator I. Marlene King will have no involvement with the writing of the script.

Currently, there is no network tied to the show, but there are talks that HBO Max will be involved with the series.

As of now, there is not much information surrounding the potential new series. However, there have been two spin-off attempts we’ve seen in the past with Ravenswood and Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionist, which were all canceled just after one season of airing.

Still, this reboot could be a fresh new take on the series. Are you excited about the possible reboot, or do you think it should stay buried with all the other pretty little lies? Stay tuned for more updates on this possible new show!
