Hard-core Brosnahan fans would already know that she is a big animal lover (her Instagram frequently features pics of her adorable dogs). But The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel co-star Marin Hinkle shared in an interview with IMDb that Brosnahan’s love for animals extended to the rest of the cast when she brought piglets to set! However, she grew up in Highland Park outside of Chicago, and has said that her exposure to Jewish culture while growing up has helped her to understand and play the role of Midge.

Brosnahan’s husband, Jason Ralph, plays the role of Mike Carr in 2 episodes of Season 4! Like his wife, Ralph is an actor and also a theater producer. He is best known for his role as the main character Quentin in the Syfy series The Magicians. We hope to see Mike Carr again in the 5th season of Mrs. Maisel!
