There are three seasons to keep you entertained on Netflix.

One Punch Man – A Superhero Show

A superhero, Saitama, who can beat anyone with only one punch, grows bored with how easily he can defeat his opponents. Saitama hesitant takes on an apprentice, Genos, and the two join the Hero Association. The humor is dry and quick, and it’s highly entertaining. The characters, humor, and ongoing storyline create a terrific viewing experience. Fans eagerly await the third season, and you’ll want to catch up on the first two before its release.

The Promised Neverland – A Dark Fantasy

Things are seemingly comfortable at the children’s orphanage until three older, intelligent kids, Emma, Ray, and Norman, uncover some darker truths about the facility. As the three orchestrate an escape plan, they must elude their caretaker and hide the vicious facts from the others. Again, the Japanese voice acting and writing are incredible, and you’re sure to grow invested in the characters. The second season may have lost the way a tiny bit, but it’s still a worthwhile, mind-blowing anime as a whole.

Attack on Titan – A Horror

The anime follows Eren Jaeger and friends Mikasa Ackermann and Armin Arlelt, who join the Scout Regimen to fight off the giant beasts, or titans, that have demolished the walls that divide them and civilized humanity. The show is sure to get you invested in characters and rip them away from you just as quickly, making for an enthralling, heartbreaking watch. The action is incredible, and the continuous plotline is captivating. While there are four seasons of the show, unfortunately, only the first season is on Netflix.

Ouran High School Host Club – A Romantic Comedy

Haruhi Fujioka is a teenage girl at an exclusive private school. She must pose as a boy and join the school’s host club to repay her debt. Haruhi develops a heartwarming bond with the boys, and each character shows their personality, backstory, and growth throughout the season. The show can sometimes become a little odd, but it’s a quick light watch that will keep you entertained and invested throughout the show’s one and only season.

The friendships formed throughout the show are extraordinarily displayed, and the show remains fun and adventurous despite some of its darker themes.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure – Action Adventure

Each season follows a different hero carrying the Jojo name and the supernatural evil forces they face. The various characters are eccentric and well-written, and their adventures are epic. The drawing style is somewhat outlandish, but it’s an action-packed hilarious watch you should try. With nine seasons, there are plenty of different and compelling storylines to keep you entertained for a while.
