The nine seasons of One Tree Hill were filled with drama, excitement, and romance. Let’s go back in time and revisit the best episodes that keep on giving!

It’s 2022, and fans of One Tree Hill are still hoping to see some of the original cast members pop up. The cast recently participated in a charity basketball game in Wilmington, North Carolina, and many people talked about it online. The show also has devoted followers who continue to watch it. The Drama Queens podcast, where Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz, and Sophia Bush started exposing One Tree Hill secrets, has thankfully given the show’s dedicated fan base something new to continue to look forward to, but we could always use more. We’re sharing 5 episodes from the show that are definitely worth a rewatch.

“With Tired Eyes, Tired Minds, We Slept” – Season 3, Episode 16

Many people agree that the One Tree Hill writers handled the episode from season 3 in which Jimmy brings a weapon to school with great care and sensitivity, despite the fact that it is tragic and difficult to watch. Saddening as it was to hear about Keith’s demise. The audience also recalls the time when Peyton was sitting in the library with Lucas by her side after she had been shot. This episode addresses the tragic topic of gun violence in an emotionally charged way.

“Some You Give Away” – Season 4, Episode 9

Season 4’s state championship is one of the most riveting moments of the whole series. It’s heartwarming to see Lucas and Nathan collaborating, and everyone else in the show knows how much winning this game means to them. It’s exciting when Lucas makes the game-winning shot, seeing the building erupt in applause and confetti fall. We felt just as excited for the team as they did themselves.

“Pilot” – Season 1, Episode 1

The pilot episode of Season 1 of One Tree Hill, already regarded as one of the best episodes among fans, only gets better with time. Lucas and Nathan already have a complicated relationship having the same father. Still, things become even tenser when Lucas joins the basketball team and develops a crush on Peyton, who is dating Nathan at the time. There is no one who wasn’t hooked on the show after this episode.

“The Wind That Blew My Heart Away” – Season 3, Episode 13

Every episode of One Tree Hill serves as a living demonstration of the power of high school friendships to endure long after graduation. During this episode, Peyton learns that her mom, Ellie, is sick, and Nathan and Haley spend time together while a massive storm rages over Tree Hill. One Tree Hill is unique among teen dramas in that it successfully balances dramatic plots with warm interpersonal dynamics. This episode will surely make you nostalgic about high school graduation.

“Desperate Kingdom of Love” – Season 2, Episode 1

In the first episode of Season 2, Nathan and Haley get married. The fact that Deb thinks they’re too young to be married and that this was a poor decision makes this episode all the more interesting. There is a lot of fan support for Nathan and Haley’s relationship, and it’s nice to imagine how joyful and successful their marriage turns out to be, even if it seems like getting married while still in high school is complicated and challenging. It’s great to see a young couple like Nathan and Haley succeeding.
