AFTERBUZZ TV – 16 and Pregnant edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of MTV’s 16 and Pregnant. In this show, host Ed Bowling breaks down the “Kristina” episode in which Kristina Robinson-Head is a rising high school senior from Waskom, Texas. She is pregnant by her boyfriend John “Todd” Hight, Jr. The episode opens with the revelation that Hight died in a drowning accident on a family outing on April 30, 2011, early in Robinson-Head’s pregnancy. In that indicent, Robinson-Head herself also drowned but was saved. The episode focuses on Robinson-Head managing her resultant grief from the tragedy as well as having to work through the grief of those around her who were also affected. She also has to deal with the complications of early labor. Their son, Lukas Todd Hight, is born on September 26, 2011. There to join Ed is co-host Isabel Mora.
