AFTERBUZZ TV – 16 and Pregnant edition is a weekly “after show” for fans of MTV’s 16 and Pregnant. In this show, host Mari Fagel breaks down the episode in which Kianna Randall-Hegab is a 17 year old from Fort Worth, Texas who is pregnant by her 15 year old boyfriend, Zak Hegab. The episode focuses on their debating adoption, but then deciding to keep the baby because both of them live without their biological fathers in their life. In October 2010, Randall gives birth to a baby boy she names Kay’den Elijah Hegab. It’s 16 and Pregnant’s “Kianna” episode!
