Tires Renewed For Season 3 On Netflix

Netflix has renewed the breakout comedy Tires for a third season as Shane Gillis and Steve Gerben gear up for more chaotic laughs at the auto shop.

Netflix is keeping the laughs rolling—Tires has officially been renewed for a third season. The hit scripted comedy, co-created by Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and McKeever, will return with a brand-new season next year.

Following its viral success, Tires has become a breakout series for Netflix, led by Gillis, who also stars alongside Gerben. The series follows Will (played by Gerben), a nervous and wildly unqualified heir to an auto repair chain who is desperately trying to turn his father’s flailing business around. Standing in his way? His unfiltered and often infuriating cousin-turned-employee, Shane (Gillis), who makes every task harder than it needs to be.

Season 2 saw Will and Shane reeling from the unexpected success of a big marketing stunt, sparking a chaotic race to grow their business—and themselves—without fully understanding the cost that comes with expansion. That blend of sharp writing, awkward office dynamics, and Gillis’ signature brand of humor helped Tires accelerate to fan-favorite status on the platform.

Season 3 will continue to mine laughs from the dysfunctional workplace antics that have resonated with audiences, with creators Gillis, Gerben, and McKeever all returning as writers and executive producers. McKeever will also continue as the show’s director.

The Tires cast includes Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, and Stavros Halkias, with Season 2 featuring an impressive lineup of guest stars including Andrew Schulz, Vince Vaughn, Thomas Haden Church, Ron White, Jon Lovitz, Veronika Slowikowska, and Steph Tolev.

Produced under Gillis and McKeever’s company Dad Sick Productions, Tires is their second collaboration following the comedian’s popular stand-up special Beautiful Dogs.

With its unique blend of offbeat charm and absurd workplace humor, Tires is showing no signs of slowing down.
