Prime Video releases the official trailer and key art for season two of The Night Manager, revealing a new conspiracy-driven mission for Jonathan Pine ahead of the show’s January 11, 2026 premiere.
Prime Video has officially dropped the trailer and key art for Season Two of the critically acclaimed thriller The Night Manager, setting the stage for the series’ highly anticipated return on Sunday, January 11, 2026. The first three episodes will premiere on that date, with new episodes rolling out every Sunday until the finale on February 1. All six episodes will stream exclusively on Prime Video worldwide—excluding the UK—where they will air on BBC and BBC iPlayer.
Eight years after the explosive Season One finale, the Emmy, Golden Globe, and BAFTA Award–winning global hit returns with Tom Hiddleston reprising his Golden Globe–winning role as former British intelligence operative Jonathan Pine. Now living under the name Alex Goodwin, Pine is drawn into a dangerous new operation as he races to uncover a conspiracy aimed at destabilising a nation. Hiddleston also serves as an executive producer this season.
Season Two was filmed across the UK, Spain, Colombia, and France, expanding the show’s international scope. The series also sees the return of Olivia Colman to her BAFTA-winning role as Angela Burr. New cast members joining the ensemble include Golden Globe nominee Diego Calva, Emmy nominee Camila Morrone, Indira Varma, Paul Chahidi, and Hayley Squires. Returning Season One cast includes Alistair Petrie, Douglas Hodge, Michael Nardone, and Noah Jupe.
Based on characters created by John le Carré, Season Two is created and executive produced by David Farr and directed in full by BAFTA winner Georgi Banks-Davies. The series is produced by The Ink Factory in association with Character 7, Demarest Films, 127 Wall, and Nostromo Pictures. Executive producers include Stephen Garrett, Simon Cornwell, Michele Wolkoff, Tessa Inkelaar, Joe Tsai, Arthur Wang, Adrián Guerra, Georgi Banks-Davies, Hugh Laurie, Tom Hiddleston, William D. Johnson, Nick Cornwell, Susanne Bier, Chris Rice, and Gaynor Holmes.
The newly released images and trailer offer a first look at the high-stakes plot. Season Two follows Pine as one unexpected sighting draws him back into the shadows of his former life. Now a low-level MI6 officer quietly operating in London, Pine is thrust into action when he crosses paths with a mercenary once tied to Roper. The confrontation leads him to Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos, played by Calva.
Pine’s mission deepens when he meets Roxana Bolaños (Morrone), a businesswoman who reluctantly helps him infiltrate Teddy’s Colombian arms operation. Once embedded, Pine discovers a conspiracy involving arms, guerrilla forces, and fractured loyalties that could cost countless lives. As the danger escalates, Pine must determine who he can trust—and how far he’s willing to go before the truth slips beyond his reach.
With its star-studded cast, globe-spanning locations, and a new conspiracy at its center, The Night Manager Season Two is set to deliver another gripping chapter of intrigue, betrayal, and high-stakes espionage.
