The streamer announced that fans can expect a full day of live football, beginning with Cowboys vs. Commanders at 1 p.m. ET, followed by Lions vs. Vikings at 4:30 p.m. ET.
This year’s Christmas slate will unfold from two major stadiums: Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland for the Cowboys/Commanders matchup, and U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Lions/Vikings. With just 22 days to go, Netflix is positioning the event as one of the biggest sports moments of the holiday season.
Returning on-air talent for the broadcast includes fan-favorite father-son duo Ian and Noah Eagle, along with Kay Adams, Manti Te’o, Nate Burleson, and others. They will now be joined by several new additions, including Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Irvin and WWE Superstar Seth Rollins, bringing fresh energy and even more star power to the day’s coverage.

According to Nielsen, the event reached 65 million U.S. viewers and delivered the two most streamed NFL games in U.S. history, with an average audience of more than 26.5 million viewers domestically and over 30 million viewers globally. The broadcast also became a pop culture moment thanks to Beyoncé’s headline-making halftime performance.
To bring the 2025 gameday to life, CBS Sports will produce the games, while NFL Media will handle pre-game, halftime, post-game, and studio programming.
