NBC releases the official trailer, key art and new images for season 2 of The Hunting Party, returning in January with Melissa Roxburgh and a star-studded lineup of guest stars.
NBC just launched a thrilling first look at season two of The Hunting Party, along with new key art and images. The hit high-concept crime drama starring Melissa Roxburgh will return to the network on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 10 p.m., airing immediately after Law & Order: SVU.
Along with the new trailer, fans are getting a fresh look at what’s ahead, including guest star appearances from Eric McCormack, Finnigan McCormack, Kelsey Grammer, Niecy Nash-Betts, Liz Gillies, Jefferson White, and more.
The Hunting Party follows former FBI profiler Rebecca “Bex” Henderson, played by Roxburgh, who leads a small group of investigators with one extraordinary mission: track down the world’s most dangerous killers. Every target has one terrifying thing in common — they’ve just escaped from “The Pit,” a top-secret government prison that isn’t supposed to exist.
As Bex and her team move quickly to recapture the fugitives before they strike again, she uncovers something more disturbing than the killers themselves: the truth about the mysterious prison. “The Pit” wasn’t just a prison, and the deeper they dig, the more twisted it becomes.
The series stars Melissa Roxburgh, Nick Weschler, Patrick Sabongui, Josh McKenzie, and Sara Garcia. The show is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.
With a suspense-filled trailer, brand-new key art and images already available to view, the countdown is officially on.
The Hunting Party returns Jan. 8 on NBC.
