My Life With The Walter Boys S2 Teaser Released

My Life with the Walter Boys season 2 gets its official Netflix premiere date, first teaser, and new images revealed during Calgary Stampede.

The wait is nearly over for fans of My Life with the Walter Boys. Netflix has officially announced that Season 2 of the hit coming-of-age drama will premiere on Thursday, August 28, 2025—and the news came straight from the show’s stars at one of Canada’s most iconic events.

On Saturday, July 5, series leads Nikki Rodriguez, Noah LaLonde, and Ashby Gentry surprised the crowd at the world-famous Calgary Stampede—where the series is filmed—with the big news. The stars took the stage to unveil the premiere date and give fans a special first look at three new images from the upcoming season, alongside the release of an official teaser trailer.

Season 2 picks up after the emotional rollercoaster of last season’s finale. Following Alex’s love confession and her intense kiss with Cole, Jackie Howard (Rodriguez) has spent her summer away from Silver Falls, retreating to New York City to regroup. But when Katherine convinces her to return to Colorado, Jackie finds herself navigating more drama than ever—this time with more maturity and higher emotional stakes.

Alex (Gentry), still reeling from Jackie’s departure, has shifted his focus to training for a risky rodeo event—and he’s not exactly jumping at the chance to reconnect. Meanwhile, Cole (LaLonde) takes on a new leadership role at school, but his inability to fill the void left by stepping away from football leads him to revert to old, destructive habits. As Jackie tries to make peace, repair friendships, and balance her Howard identity with her place among the Walter family, she faces a make-or-break decision that could change everything.

Based on the popular novel by Ali Novak, the Netflix original is produced by Sony Pictures Television, International Production, and iGeneration Studios, the team behind The Kissing Booth trilogy. Melanie Halsall returns as showrunner and executive producer, alongside Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards.

The new season continues to explore themes of love, family, identity, and growth—this time with even more intensity and heart. If the teaser and images are any indication, My Life with the Walter Boys is coming back with more romance, more rodeo, and a whole lot more drama.

My Life with the Walter Boys Season 2 premieres August 28, 2025, only on Netflix.
