Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy has welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Teddi, and her first with husband Brett Randle, during a Amazon Live event.
Madison LeCroy just grew her Southern Charm family! The reality star, 34, officially welcomed her second child—a baby girl named Teddi—marking her first child with husband Brett Randle. The exciting announcement came during a livestream on Amazon Live, where the couple shared intimate moments from the day Madison’s water broke all the way through Teddi’s birth.

The Southern Charm star, already a proud mom to 12-year-old son Hudson from a previous marriage, revealed she was expecting back in February 2025, sharing the news exclusively through a rep to PEOPLE.
LeCroy, who partnered with Clearblue for the announcement, shared her surprise at how quickly the pregnancy happened. “Once we got the smiley face [on the ovulation test], we were like, ‘Okay, it’s go time,’ and it instantly happened,” she said.
Although she originally thought she had “all summer long” before getting pregnant, the timeline accelerated quickly. Still, she felt “pretty great” throughout—aside from a few minor headaches—and joked about indulging in “all the food.”
In late February, LeCroy revealed the baby’s gender during a live-streamed Amazon event, where she celebrated finally getting the daughter she wasn’t sure she’d ever have. “I felt there’s no way I am going to get a girl… but it worked out in my favor, and I’m so excited,” she shared. “I have a feeling I’m going to have to work a lot harder and make more money because the clothes are just adorable!”
While her husband Brett and son Hudson were initially hoping for another boy, they were thrilled once they saw her excitement. “I screamed when I found out it was a girl, so Hudson and Randle were like, ‘She’s excited, so we have to get on board with this,’” she recalled.
Fans had been guessing LeCroy was having a girl for weeks, noting how different her pregnancy looked compared to her first. “Everybody wanted me to have a girl because they’ve seen me as a boy mom for the last 13 years,” she said. “This will be a whole new world.”
And while the Southern Charm star is happily settling into life with her family of four, she hasn’t ruled out expanding even more. “Maybe the next one will be a boy,” she teased.
