Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Teaser Trailer Debuts On Prime

Vox rises against Charlie in Hazbin Hotel season 2 as Prime Video drops a teaser trailer for the A24 and Bento Box series premiering October 29.

War is brewing in Hell, and fans just got their first look. Prime Video has unveiled the official teaser trailer for Season Two of Hazbin Hotel, teasing the dark rise of Vox against Charlie Morningstar’s mission of redemption. The hit adult animated musical series, created by Vivienne Medrano and produced by A24 and Bento Box Entertainment, returns on October 29.

The second season will feature eight episodes, with two episodes premiering each week through November 19. Hazbin Hotel Season Two will be available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide on Prime Video, continuing the global expansion of Medrano’s Hellaverse.

Alongside the announcement, Prime Video confirmed that Seasons One and Two of Helluva Boss, the second series in the Hellaverse universe, will debut on the platform beginning September 10. Fans will also get a brand-new original episode, “Mission: Zero.”

Music remains a central part of the Hellaverse. As announced at San Diego Comic-Con, Atlantic Records is the official music partner for Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. To mark Helluva Boss global debut, official soundtracks for Seasons One and Two will be released across digital platforms on September 10. Fans can also pre-order Helluva Boss: Season One (Original Soundtrack) and Helluva Boss: Season Two (Original Soundtrack), with the track “Klown Bitch”—performed by Faye Mata and Allison Kaplan—already available to stream. Physical formats for the Season One soundtrack, including vinyl exclusives at Hot Topic, Box Lunch, and Amazon, plus CD and cassette editions, are also open for orders.

Season Two of Hazbin Hotel picks up after Charlie’s victory against Heaven’s army, which has made her hotel more popular than ever—but not for the right reasons. As more residents check in, resentment against Heaven grows. This leads to an opening for the notorious overlord trio, “The Vees,” led by Vox, to hatch a plan to overthrow Heaven and claim power for themselves. Meanwhile, the angels must face the consequences of Sir Pentious’s redemption and confront their own past atrocities.

Originally launched as a viral YouTube pilot in 2019, Hazbin Hotel quickly amassed more than 117 million views and a devoted global fan base thanks to its blend of edgy humor, unforgettable characters, and original music. The Prime Video series has since expanded that vision, drawing acclaim for its worldbuilding and daring storytelling.

Vivienne Medrano directs all episodes and serves as executive producer, alongside Dana Tafoya-Cameron and Brett Coker. The series is produced by A24 and Bento Box Entertainment, with Medrano’s unique vision once again at the forefront.

With Season Two on the horizon and Helluva Boss joining Prime Video, the Hellaverse is ready to raise the stakes higher than ever.
