Dakota Johnson expands her TeaTime Book Club in 2025 with eight diverse and thought-provoking selections ranging from classics to bold new debuts.
Dakota Johnson’s book club has officially become one of the buzziest literary hubs of 2025.
The Materialists actress first launched the TeaTime Book Club in 2024 through her TeaTime Pictures entertainment company, and it has quickly grown into an online community for book lovers everywhere. Each month, Dakota Johnson selects a new title to highlight, sharing a “deep dive” on Instagram that often includes curated extras like reading lists or playlists made by the author themselves.
“I want to fall down the rabbit hole every time I read,” Dakota Johnson explained when discussing her book club last year. “To invest in the book, invest in the language, invest in the references. Like, Oh, what is that piece of art she’s talking about? Who’s that musician?”
Now, Dakota Johnson has revealed her 2025 lineup — a mix of beloved classics, bold debuts, and genre-defying novels. Here’s the full list of what she’s been reading month by month:
