Dr. Bloom and Dr. Sharpe scramble to solve the mystery as to why all of their patients are crashing simultaneously. Dr. Frome has to put aside his personal opinions to evaluate the mental stability of a gun owner. Dr. Kapoor deals with sexual harassment on the job. All while Dr. Sharpe has an interesting relationship with the new trauma doctor.
