Hollywood talent manager and producer, and also a father. When he found he couldn’t talk to his 11 year-old daughter about values, ethics, mistakes he had made, and life advice, he turned to writing a letter a week with the intent on sharing them with her when she was old enough to be receptive. His book, From Me to You, is the compilation of those letters. Norman joins host J.J. Jurgens to discuss the book and share insight from his personal and professional lives.
