Run to your TVs because you do not want to miss the amazingly talented Natalie Dreyfuss as Sue on CW’s The Flash. Natalie and I sat down to discuss her role on the show, how she’s keeping busy during quarantine, and we even talked about a sweet surprise birthday story that you won’t want to miss. Check out some great moments from our interview below.

As one of the biggest fans of The Originals EVER, I had to start by asking Natalie what it was like playing Cassie on the CW show. “I was playing the mother of these GORGEOUS men. They had like five sons that were more beautiful than the next, from all over the world. Like an Australian one. A New Zealand one. They were SO CUTE”, she emphasized. GIRL, SAME!

When I tell you all that I felt this on a PERSONAL level, I mean, Elijah Mikaelson, please marry me.

ANYWAYS, we chatted more about the show and she mentioned that the set design was so elaborate that there was a person who’s entire job was to work candles on the set.

“They had like a specific person just for candles. Their entire job was candles because there was so many candles in every scene. Like if you go back and watch, every scene, FILLED WITH candles! So she was just lighting candles and making sure the place doesn’t burn down. It was really fun”, she shared.

After chatting about The Originals and beautiful men, we discussed her role as Sue on The Flash, a sweet surprise birthday party, and also what she’s been up to during quarantine.
